30 Oct, 2007 12:02 pm
This is the first in a series of video podcasts for the PBS series e2 energy. Each podcast takes you beyond the episodes and deeper into the world of alternative energy. This episode takes a closer look at the process of manufacturing windmill blades, which takes place at the Suzlon Rotor Corporation in Pipestone, MN. The region is a growing source of wind power, much of which is owned by local farmers and community collectives.
